What is NAU Concierge?

NAU is a private, relationship-driven concierge for purpose-driven travel to Spain and Portugal. We look after clients who are already coming for a reason — a clinical treatment, a university, a relocation — and make everything around it seamless.

Which destinations does NAU cover?

Spain and Portugal, deeply, rather than everywhere lightly. Our first focus is Madrid, extending across Iberia as your plans do.

Is NAU a travel agency?

No. We are a concierge built on trust and long-term relationships, not a booking agency and not a medical-tourism broker. We compete on experience, never on price.

Do you only work with medical travellers?

No. We begin with clinical travel, and also look after families visiting for education and clients who make Iberia a recurring part of their lives.

What languages does NAU work in?

We operate fluently in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

How does NAU charge?

We charge a concierge fee for the service we provide, agreed with you in advance. The details are part of your first conversation.

How do we begin?
